PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Foothills Inspections appointment and report notification program sends text messages to clients who have scheduled a property inspection with us. Messages confirm your appointment details and let you know when your inspection report has been sent.
HOW TO OPT IN
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you schedule an inspection on our booking form at foothillsinspections.com. The box is unchecked by default.
Consent is not required to book an inspection or to receive any service from us. You can schedule, be inspected, and receive your report without ever agreeing to text messages.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Up to 5 messages per inspection. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages.
COST
Message and data rates may apply. Foothills Inspections does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
HOW TO OPT OUT
To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can rejoin at any time by replying START or by checking the consent box on a future booking.

CARRIERS
This program is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
PRIVACY
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page, and the date above will change.
